Drop-In Group Fitness Classes

Get your sweat on while assisting our students! Staff, students, and community members are encouraged to support Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant (OTA & PTA) students by joining their lunchtime drop-in  group fitness classes.

For the winter 2026 semester,  classes will be held Tuesday to Thursday  at ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù. There is no charge to attend the drop-in classes   â€” you don't need to register!

These classes will allow our students to further develop the knowledge and skills they have gained through their learning, and your participation will be an important part of this growth. View more details and the schedule below.

Note: All participants must complete a Get Active Questionnaire form before joining  in their first class.
